this morning it took me twice as long to walk to my supervision, because the ground was slush. but when i came out of the house i walked past a bush and it rustled, and i wondered if it was the cat that lives there and crouched down to see but no! it was a blackbird with an orange beak rustling around under the snowy branches. i'm ill today and i felt bad yesterday but i spoke to eloise and she cheered me up mightily. today i have done little save my supervision. i considered taking my camera out to take pictures of the snow but then i decided that one of the things i like about snow in cambridge is the fact that it is there just for a moment or a day and then it melts into the ground and it's gone. and it's not the same when you freeze it in a photograph. maybe.
i'm going to the cinema now to celebrate the fact that i now have more than £10 left of my overdraft. i wanted to see the wrestler but they don't seem to be showing it anywhere. boo.
oh, and i wish that animation was still like this; isn't it beautiful.
